These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of grinchrides.com (the "Store") and to any purchase you make from us. The Store is operated by Grinchrides ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting the Store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Using the Store

By using the Store, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority where you live, or that you have permission from a parent or guardian. You may not use the Store or our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.

2. Products and descriptions

We do our best to show products, colours and images accurately. Because screens differ and LED products look different on camera than in real life, the actual appearance may vary slightly. Product information may be updated without notice.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Prices and promotions may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed. Payment is taken when you place your order. Bundle and promotional discounts are applied automatically at checkout as shown.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm your order. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

5. Shipping and delivery

Shipping rates and delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns, refunds and cancellations are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.

7. Safe and lawful use

Use the product only as described in its instructions. Place the display so that it never blocks the driver's view, and follow all traffic laws and regulations on lights and displays in vehicles wherever you drive. You are responsible for using the product safely and lawfully.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Store, including text, graphics, logos and images, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without our permission. Third-party trademarks and characters shown on products are the property of their respective owners.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Store or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of any mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
