We ship GrinchRides worldwide.
Shipping rates
- Free shipping on orders of $80 or more
- $14.99 flat rate on orders under $80
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1β3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed.
Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 10β15 business days of being placed. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during the holiday season, because of customs checks or carrier delays.
Christmas orders
Want your lights before Christmas? Please order as early as possible, ideally by early December, to allow for the 10β15 business day delivery window and busy holiday networks.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number (where available) so you can follow your parcel.
Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and are the customer's responsibility.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders that are delayed or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address. If you spot a mistake, email us right away and we'll update it if your order hasn't shipped yet.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or your order arrives damaged, contact us at vellepurr@gmail.com with your order number and we'll help you sort it out.
